Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan through our trusted courier partner, PostEx.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the delivery location and order value. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across most locations in Pakistan through PostEx. Please ensure that the provided contact number is active and reachable for order verification and delivery updates.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (where applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or non-response, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses or contact details.
